Company Settings
Company settings control how CloudRent Pro works for your business — your branding, business details, default behaviours, and system-wide preferences. Configure these settings when first setting up, then adjust as your business evolves.
Accessing Company Settings
Click the gear icon in the sidebar
Or go to Settings directly
Select "Company"
Only Admins and Owners can modify company settings.
Business Details
Your core business information:

Branding
Customise CloudRent Pro's appearance:
Logo
Click "Upload Logo"
Select image file (PNG, JPG, max 2MB)
Crop if needed
Save
Your logo appears on:
Login screen
PDF documents (invoices, quotes, contracts)
Customer-facing portals
Email templates
Brand Colour
Set your primary brand colour:
Click colour picker
Enter hex code or select from palette
Preview and save
