Accessing Reports

    • Click "Reports" in the sidebar

    • Select report category

    • Choose specific report

    • Set parameters (date range, filters)

    • Generate

Financial Reports

Revenue Report

Total revenue by period with breakdown:

    • By customer

    • By equipment category

    • By month/week/day

    • Comparison to previous period

Invoicing Report

All invoices with status:

    • Sent, Paid, Overdue

    • Aging brackets

    • Payment collection rate

Outstanding Receivables

Money owed to you:

    • By customer

    • By age (30, 60, 90+ days)

    • Total outstanding

Setting Report Parameters
