Tips for Notifications

📝 Enable Push for Field Staff

Drivers and technicians need immediate alerts about job changes.

Too many notifications leads to ignoring them. Tune preferences.

📂 Use Email for Records

Email creates a searchable record of communications.

Unless truly urgent, let people have their time off.
