Time Clock
The time clock lets staff record their actual working hours — clock in when starting, clock out when finishing, and track breaks in between. This provides accurate timesheet data for payroll.
How Time Clock Works
Staff clocks in at shift start
Works their shift
Clocks out for breaks (optional)
Clocks back in after break
Clocks out at shift end
All times are recorded for timesheet generation.
Clocking In

Click "Clock In" (prominent button)
Confirm location (if GPS enabled)

The display shows you're currently clocked in with elapsed time.
Taking a Break
Click "Start Break"

When returning, click "End Break"

Breaks are tracked separately from working time.
Clocking Out
Click "Clock Out"

Summary shows: Start time, end time, break time, total hours
💡
Tip: Encourage staff to clock out at end of shift, not end of day. Accurate times make payroll processing easier.
GPS Location Capture
If enabled, time clock captures GPS location:
Clock in location — Where shift started
Clock out location — Where shift ended
This helps verify staff were at the correct site.
ℹ️
Note: GPS requires staff permission on their device. Location is only captured at clock in/out, not continuously tracked.
