We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. Cancellation
To cancel your CloudRent membership for monthly membership plans, you must provide one month’s notice. You can do so by contacting us via Contact on the CloudRent website. You will still be charged for the notice period if you cancel your membership.
To cancel your annual membership plans, you must provide 3 months’ notice, BUT you will still be charged for the notice period and forfeit the subscription fees paid for the remainder of the annual period during which you provide notice of your cancellation. Fees paid for the remaining annual periods will be refunded.
